Dr. Gina Rossetti

Medical Director

Matthew Malloy is a seasoned leader in addiction treatment. He spent many years as Director of Operations at Cliffside Malibu, one of the most highly respected ultra-luxury residential and detox programs in the country, where he helped shape the client-centered care.

Matthew’s approach to treatment is grounded in real-world experience and deep empathy. He focuses on building strong operational systems that support clinical staff, enhance client safety, and create a supportive environment where people can begin their recovery journey with dignity and hope.

Jason Landver created Ojai Recovery from the ground up to become a sanctuary where hundreds of people each year come to get sober and start turning their lives around. He has spent years building treatment programs that focus on real care, safety, and giving people a true chance at recovery.

Jason believes treatment should meet people where they are. His approach is centered around clear structure, strong medical and clinical care, and helping clients move step-by-step through recovery with respect, dignity, and support.

Dr. Gina Rossetti is a Physician and Medical Director with over a decade of experience in addiction medicine, detoxification, and complex medication management for substance use and mental health disorders. Her background includes extensive work for Los Angeles County’s public mental health system, where she treated high-acuity, medically complex populations.

Her clinical philosophy emphasizes precision pharmacology, thoughtful withdrawal management, and harm-reduction care designed to make the detox process safer, more effective, and less traumatic.
